FIERCE WOMEN FORUM

Have you ever been told you’re ‘too much’?

Have you ever pulled back on saying something
because you were afraid of how would be perceived?

Have you ever stayed silent about an issue you wanted to advocate for?

If you have, the Fierce Women Forum is for you.

In these deep and exploratory conversations with 3 panels of women and non-binary leaders, you will:

  • Understand what ‘fierce’ even means, and how it’s different from aggression or ‘being a bitch’
  • Hear from respected leaders about their own experiences of being fierce
  • Explore what the challenges and the benefits are in being fierce
  • Connect with others who also want to learn how to be fierce
  • Be inspired and supported to advocate for what you value

I want to be there!*

* When you register, you’ll also be signing up to receive emails about upcoming offers
and guidance on having more impact.

I’m Ursula Jorch (pronouns: she/her), the Founder of Work Alchemy. I support and inspire women leaders to change the world. My work centers around impact:

Impact is
where you and your business meet the world
and contribute to make it better for all of us.

For you to have compelling impact, you have to commit to your exquisitely singular Impact Purpose, the unique way in which you want to change the world. And to do that, to advocate for what you value and what you want to achieve, you sometimes have to be fierce.

But that might not be easy for women and people perceived as women.

We are seen as a bitch, too forthright, too emotional (doesn’t that just burn your butt?), or not nurturing enough when we don’t placate, do everyone’s emotional labor and look after everyone else’s feelings above our own. The list goes on.

The TRUTH is, you have things to say. You want to have a voice and share your truth. You don’t always want to ‘tone it down’, just so someone else feels more comfortable.

That doesn’t mean you won’t be kind and compassionate.

It does mean that you get to BE all the things that you are.

In these turbulent times, there is so much at stake. Now is the time for you to show up, speak up, and advocate for what you feel is important. In any way YOU choose.

So let’s gather together, talk about it, and see how we can support each other. That’s the purpose of this Forum.

Here’s how it works:

1.     There are 3 different panels in the Fierce Women Forum : Leadership, Wealth, and Relationships. The topic of Wealth includes business, work, and money. The topic of Relationships includes all kinds of relationships, work, personal, intimate.

2.     Each panel includes a different group of 4 leaders, including me as the moderator. I’ll be joining in on the conversations too.

3.     Each panel is intentionally diverse in terms of race, gender, sexual orientation, and age.

4.     The time is noon to 1:30pm EST for each discussion. The dates are:

July 15**       Leadership
July 29        Wealth
August 5    Relationships

** Recordings will be provided, so you won't miss any session.

5.     You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions: each panel will include Q&A.

6.     You can sign up for 1, 2, or all 3 panel discussions.

7.     These are important conversations, and we want to ensure that those attending are committed to be there. Therefore, there is a cost: $20 per forum. You save if you sign up for all three ($50).

8.     The Forum will be held on Zoom. You’ll be provided with the link(s) once you register
